2 Services Description
We provide custom paper packaging manufacturing services, including but not limited to:
- Custom paper box design and manufacturing
- Cosmetic packaging solutions
- Gift box manufacturing
- Premium brand packaging
- Printing, lamination, hot stamping, and assembly services
All services are subject to our manufacturing capabilities, material availability, and production capacity at the time of order placement.
3 Order Process and Acceptance
Quote Requests: All initial inquiries are considered quote requests. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of signed purchase order and required deposit payment.
Artwork Approval: Production begins only after customer approval of final artwork proofs. Any changes after approval may result in additional charges and extended lead times.
Minimum Orders: We maintain minimum order quantities for efficient production. Specific minimums will be communicated during the quotation process.
4 Pricing and Payment Terms
Pricing: All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change based on material costs, specifications, and order quantities.
Payment Schedule:
- 50% deposit required upon order confirmation
- Balance due before shipment
Late Payments: Orders may be held for late payments. Interest charges may apply to overdue accounts.
Currency: All transactions are conducted in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5 Production and Delivery
Lead Times: Standard production time is 10-15 business days from artwork approval and deposit receipt. Rush orders may be accommodated with additional fees.
Delivery: Shipping costs are additional unless specified otherwise. Risk of loss transfers to customer upon delivery to carrier.
Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, material shortages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Quantity Tolerance: Final delivered quantities may vary by ±5% from ordered quantities, which is considered acceptable industry standard.
6 Quality Assurance and Returns
Quality Standards: We maintain strict quality control standards and use eco-friendly materials with high-precision manufacturing processes.
Inspection Period: Customers have 7 days from delivery to inspect goods and report any quality issues in writing.
Defective Products: We will replace or credit defective products that do not meet agreed specifications, subject to our quality team's assessment.
Custom Orders: Custom-manufactured items cannot be returned unless defective or not manufactured to approved specifications.
7 Intellectual Property
Customer Designs: Customers retain ownership of their original designs and trademarks. We will not reproduce customer designs for other parties.
Design Confidentiality: We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all customer designs and proprietary information.
Third-Party Rights: Customers warrant that their designs do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
Manufacturing Rights: By placing an order, customers grant us the right to manufacture the specified products according to provided designs.
8 Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the value of the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, though we strive for excellence in all manufacturing processes.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or supply chain disruptions, release us from performance obligations during such periods.
9 Cancellation and Changes
Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled before production begins, subject to cancellation fees for work already completed.
Design Changes: Changes to approved designs may result in additional costs and extended lead times.
Production Changes: Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, and specifications cannot be modified.
10 Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by international commercial law and the laws of our manufacturing jurisdiction.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal dispute resolution.
11 Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date.
Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
For significant changes that affect existing orders, we will notify customers directly and provide reasonable notice periods.
